Warranty Policy
The warranty is strictly available only for customer who appoint us to undertake installation jobs. If you only purchase product or raw material from us, without installation service, it will be considered as sell-buy transaction which comes with 15-day grace period. For more info, you can refer to our refund & return policy. This warranty is also provided solely for the benefit of the original purchaser of the product and the service (the “Customer”) and it is non-transferable to any other party.
Warranty Period
All products and raw materials supplied together with workmanship are covered strictly with effective from the date of installation commencement. 1) Workmanship : Warranty ranging between 1-month to 1-year of workmanship from the Date of Job Commencement, such a period being known as the warranty period. 2) Material : Warranty ranging between 1-month to 1-year for all materials that were supplied by us during the execution of the WORK activity from the Date of Job Commencement by us, such a period being known as the warranty period. The final warranty period shall be as specified and confirmed in the official quotation provided to you.
Warranty Coverage
This warranty shall not cover the following circumstances and the costs to replace or repair shall be borne by you (the “Customer”):
1) Normal wear and tear
2) Damaged caused by natural disaster, power outage, act of God and any external causes beyond us (SoundTree Sdn Bhd aka LovelyTeik)
3) Damaged caused by household pets, misuse, abuse, negligence, lack of normal maintenance including but not limited surfaces scratches
4) Alterations, repair, dismantles or modifications made to the installed product or raw materials by third-party that not authorized by us
5) Damaged caused by extreme conditions such as exposure to extreme temperature, exposure to moisture or exposure to direct sunlight
6) Structural issue in the building or area where the installation was carried out that impact the performance or safety of the product/raw material/the service
Warranty Claim
1) All warranty claims are subject to the discretion of us (Soundtree sdn bhd aka Lovelyteik) and you (the “Customer”) shall present the following documents for warranty claim: – a) The invoice and official receipt from us; and b) The payment slip from you
2) In the event that warranty claim requires additional materials (e.g. extra materials/panels/cables, upgraded, or decorative, etc), and these are outside the original scope of work, the cost should be quoted and agreed separately. Any new materials supplied by us (Soundtree Sdn Bhd aka LovelyTeik) as part of this addition can also be covered by a separate from 3-month to 1-year material warranty, starting from the new Date of Job Commencement for that added work (if needed).
