Hardwood Moulding M21/22 (Wainscot Cap)

Same as M2155, M21 and M22 are commonly used for wainscoting, top cap and chair rail. One of the common uses of this piece is covering the edge of plywood panels or on top of a panel if exposed. The rabbeted design allows some room for changes in height for the wainscot panels. It is also designed tend to be used as a handrail. It can be used as a handrail when people climb stairs, suitable for the home with elders. The rabbet can be used to create a decorative edge on furniture and panelling or as an anchor for other pieces.
